Quick explanation:

Since PEG ratio < 1, this stock is most likely undervalued (based on PEG=1 is fair value).
This observation is based on the following assumptions:

  * PEG ratio =1 represents that the stock price is at its fair value
  * The earning per share is as selected
  * The growth rate is as selected

Also, please be aware of the reflected growth rate as calculated. Under the "PEG ratio=1 reflects fair value" assumption, this calculated growth rate shall be the long term (5 years or longer) growth rate reflected by the current price. If this growth rate is too high, that means its overvalued; if it is too low, that means it is undervalued.

Apple's iPad Mini is priced at $329. Android tablets are priced below $200. So iPad mini might get 10% of the 7" tablet market.

Apple products are becoming less innovative and Apple will compete more and more on better value cost ratio. Their margin will decrease and revenue increase will be modest. Overall the earnings growth rate will be lower comparing with those of previous years.
